Door to Door Delivery

Here is how it works….

Please read our instructions listed below first - then…. click on each tab below for menu DELIVERY FOODS… WINE & CRAFT BEER . We are a true “Mom & Pop” shop, family owned & operated, can’t get more family than us - so believe me when I say ‘when you place an order an actual family does a little happy dance’

  1. Please text Suzy at 949-678-0277 with your order: Wine by the Bottle, Craft Beers & our Social Distancing Menu found below (we added some new items ) $25.00 minimum order please.

  2. Once that order is placed: Suzy will text you back to confirm your order, get your credit card information or Venmo and set-up delivery time with you. If you have your order in before 12:00pm - we can do same day delivery. After 12:00pm will be for next day delivery. $4.00 per delivery will be added to each order.

  3. One of our regular servers will be delivering your order on your confirmed day! We were looking for a way to help our servers make some form of money during this down time - your delivery person will receive the $4.00 delivery fee + any additional gratuity you may give will go 100% directly to them. If you wish to do so, please let Suzy know so we can add the tip to your credit card or you can pay with Venmo- so we have zero contact with you. All tips will be graciously appreciated!

  4. We are making this a ‘zero contact’ zone: our chef goes in to prepare all orders first- following all health and safety protocols, our driver/staff goes in next to box/bag wine, craft beer & food order, driver will leave order on your doorstep and text you to let you know it is there. We are all about protecting everyone and making sure everyone stays healthy, safe and this all magically just dispappears. :-)

  5. If you are a Five Vines Wine Club Member or Five Vines Beer Club Member you will receive your club discounts. 15% off any wine bottle (wine club), 20% off a case of wine (mix and match as you wish) and 10% off any beer can/bottle (beer club), 20% off any 6 pack (mix and match as you wish)

  6. Please be very patient with us as we navigate a whole new world we never thought we would be navigating - we are trying to figure it all out and adjusting to this new life just like you!
